B.Eng/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

3+ years experience in building/ road construction

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project

COREN registration is an added advantage

OND/HND in Building Building Technolog or related field

4+ years site supervision experience

Abiliity to read and interprete drawings

Strong leadership and safety management skills

B.Sc in quantity Surveying

Experience with BOQ preparation, costing and contract management

Proficient in MS Excel, Cubit or Bluebeam

2+ years experience

Minimum SSCE + Trade Test Certificate

3+ years experience in block laying, plastering and setting out

Ability to work with drawings and follow instructions

Physically fit

Vaid drivers licence + Equipment operation certificate

2+ years experience operating heavy equipment

Knowledge of heavy equipments maintenance and safety

Willing to work on site location

HND/B.Sc in safety, engineering or related field

NEBOSH, OSHA or HSE Level 3 certification

2+ years experience on construction sites

Knowledge of safety regulation 

B.Sc in accounting or finance + ICAN/AN preferred

Proficient in sage, QuickBooks, and MS Excel

3+ years experience in construction/project accounting

Experience with project costing and payroll 

B.Sc in Enginearing, Project Management, Business Admin or related fields

Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, Document Management

Reliable internet + laptop/PC

Strong attention to details, filling and version control 

Experience in managing social media accounts 

Skill in writing project updates, posting job ads etc

Besic knowledge of canva for flyers and post design

Potfolio of past works or pages managed is an advantage
